Eligibility for Returns:

  • Customized T-shirts can be returned if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

2. Refunds

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are available for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed due to our error.
  • Refunds are not available for mistakes made by the customer during the customization process (e.g., incorrect size, color, or design selected).

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges for customized items. If you need a replacement for a defective or damaged item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order.

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
