Return & Exchange Policy
Overview
At MINIMA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items, we offer a simple and convenient return and exchange process. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our procedures and requirements for returns and exchanges.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Sale items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
• Swimwear, underwear, and face masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Accessories and jewelry must be in their original condition with no signs of wear.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to you.
Exchange Process
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To process an exchange:
• Log in to your account and navigate to the “Order History” section.
• Select the order containing the item you wish to exchange.
• Click on “Request Exchange” and follow the instructions.
• Print the pre-paid return label and return form provided.
• Pack the item securely with the completed return form.
• Drop off the package at your nearest authorized shipping location.
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll process your exchange. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit or refund based on your preference.

Shipping for Returns
For returns and exchanges within the United States, we provide a pre-paid return label. The shipping cost of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund amount.
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 business days from the date we receive your return for it to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:
• Credit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
• Store credit is available immediately upon processing and is valid for 12 months from the issue date.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• If you used a gift card for your purchase, the refund will be issued as store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:
• Your order number
• Description of the damage or defect
• Photos of the damaged/defective item
We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items and provide a replacement or full refund including original shipping charges.
